Just a Question.

After this Time Magazine Issue hit stands, there has been a lot of talk about howold  is too old for breastfeeding and the only thing that comes to mind for me is, "If toddlers can still breastfeed then why can't I give my child a bottle the same amount of time?" I didn't breastfeed my child and I am no ashamed to say that. It wasn't for me, for us. My son is sixteen months old and has never had more than a measley cold. He is healthy and happy and was formula fed until he was 12 months old. He is now on almond milk. I am not opposed to women breastfeeding in public and all that jazz but what I don't understand is why these women won't pump instead of letting their three, four, five year old breastfeed?
